Scott Tashie
OWNER
Scott, a lifelong Memphian, graduated from the University of Denver with a degree in real estate and construction management and a minor in economics. After playing collegiate and professional golf, Scott began his career in the restaurant industry to pursue his passion for hospitality and clean eating. Scott channeled his energy into creating a dining experience focused on wellness and community.
Favorite City Silo Dish: Hippie Scramble with a Go Green juice.
Rebekah Tashie
Owner/Chief Branding Officer
Rebekah, a Memphis native, holds a bachelor’s degree in business marketing from the University of Mississippi. After a seven year long career in medical sales, she joined her husband, Scott, and the City Silo team. Rebekah is dedicated to helping cultivate the City Silo brand and drive a positive customer experience while building a healthy culture for her City Silo team. She and Scott live in Memphis with their three children – twin boys, Gus and Hank, and their daughter, Miller.
Favorite City Silo dish: Get in the Chopper with tempeh and sliced avocados.
Trey Dacus
Director of Operations/Ownership team
Trey Dacus graduated from the University of Tennessee in 2011 with a degree in history. During college, he worked in ballpark operations for the Boston Red Sox and has since worked in various positions across the hospitality industry. Trey has been with City Silo since the opening of our first store in 2016. He is married to his wife, Mallory, with their daughter Virginia and son William.
Favorite City Silo Dish: Foxy BBQ with chicken, avocado, mozzarella cheese, and hot sauce with a lemonade.
Matt Runnells
Arkansas General Manager/Ownership team
Matt Runnells graduated from John Brown University with a degree in business management. After 20 years of food service experience, 10 in operations, and 10 in food service sales, he landed as COO for Standard Coffee Company before joining us at City Silo. He is married to Casi, and they have three children: Luke, Isaac, and Josie.
Favorite City Silo Dish: Kale Caesar Wrap with chicken.
Schuyler O'Brien
Director of Food and Beverage
Schuyler O'Brien has an associate's degree in culinary arts from Le Cordon Bleu - Orlando, a bachelor's in business administration in hospitality, and a master's in hospitality management from the University of Memphis. His experience includes working at Disney World's Food and Wine Festival, as Chef de Cuisine at AMF Catering executing large events, Sous Chef at James Beard-nominated Catherine and Mary's, and Kitchen Lead at James Beard Award-winning The Barn at Blackberry Farm. Schuyler won the 2023 Memphis in May World Championship Barbecue Cooking Contest Shoulder category with Sweet Cheeks BBQ. He also taught culinary arts at the University of Memphis. Currently, he's the director of food and beverage at City Silo. He is married to April and together they have a son, Finley, and a toy Aussie named Raiford.
Favorite City Silo Dish: BBQ Bowl with Zucchini Noodles and Chicken.
Sam Hassell
Director of Administration and Tech
Sam graduated from the University of Memphis in 2011. While there, Sam studied foreign languages, philosophy, and anthropology, culminating in a bachelor's degree in arts and sciences. After graduation, Sam joined Cosmic Coconut, learning basic kitchen prep and gaining knowledge about plant-based diets, nutrition, and recipes. When City Silo opened, Sam took on the role of assistant general manager, followed by the director of administration. Most recently, Sam stepped into the tech and human resources role, working directly with employees to resolve issues and promote personal and professional growth while maintaining a healthy work-life balance. Sam is married to wife TJ Frame, and they share a passion for animal rescue.

Camille Campbell
Director of Professional Development/
Germantown General Manager
Camille Campbell graduated from Mississippi State University with a bachelor's degree in nutrition in 2020 and started working at City Silo. In 2022, she graduated from the University of Memphis with a master's degree in environmental nutrition. Currently, Camille is the manager at our Germantown location and the director of professional development, overseeing our training program.
