Thrillist — City Silo Is Memphis' Best New Restaurant Of 2017
Wow, we're just so flattered. Thrillist named City Silo the best new restaurant in Memphis for 2017! When we opened City Silo, we knew we wanted to create something special, a place where anyone could come in and find something to eat. Truly inclusive dining is hard to find, but we've worked hard to create a space for everyone, and we're just so thrilled that folks are loving it. Honestly, we wouldn't have been able to do any of this without our amazing Memphis community, so thank you, thank you, thank you!!!
“The hippie scramble for breakfast will get me to eat tempeh with sweet potatoes; the TCB, an appetizer with tempeh and cauliflower in a Buffalo sauce, is excellent; and I could eat the avocado toast every day. Want vegan barbecue? Get it here, made from spaghetti squash. It’s such a bright and happy place, too. Love it.”
